The What Moves Her℠ initiative for women in the real estate industry was launched to help develop their leadership abilities and fully realize their professional development goals. The event series focuses on bringing together leaders in real estate and business development to provide key tools and strategies to help women continue a path of success in their personal and professional lives.
This initiative shines a spotlight on women who are leading in their company, their business and their community - with the goal of inspiring and supporting all women to find their path for success in real estate. The initiative has produced original research on the topic of women in leadership and produces a series of virtual events and podcasts.

Equality Act - Our company was the first residential real estate company to endorse the bipartisan proposed legislation to add clear, comprehensive non-discrimination protections for LGBTQ+ people to our nation's civil rights laws.
Transgender Benefits - In 2018, we began providing full transgender health benefits to employees and their spouses.
Employee Education and Leadership Training - Coldwell Banker offers instructor-led unconscious bias training for managers as well as curated diversity and inclusion training courses through LinkedIn Learning for all managers and employees.
TOYS FOR TOTS
We invite you to join the Coldwell Banker® community in supporting the Toys for Tots Program and its mission to deliver holiday magic to local children and their families. In 1947, the Toys for Tots Program was founded by the United States Marine Corps to collect gifts for children in need. Today, the charity distributes an average of 18 million toys to 7 million kids every year, and hosts a literacy program to ensure they have the books and materials they need to succeed.

HOMES FOR DOGS ADOPTION EVENT
The difference between a house and a home is love – and sometimes the smallest things are all it takes to fill that void. This sentiment is also why Coldwell Banker founded the Homes for Dogs Project, a partnership with Adopt-a-Pet.com aimed at helping adoptable dogs find loving homes. Together, the pair has helped hundreds of thousands of dogs find homes, because everyone deserves a loving home.
